    模拟CO2驱油环境下温度对J55油管钢腐蚀行为的影响

    Influence of Temperature on Corrosion Behavior of J55 Tubing Steel in CO2 Flooding Environment

    • 摘要: 利用高压反应釜模拟CO2驱油环境对不同温度下J55油管钢的腐蚀行为及两种咪唑啉类缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能进行了研究, 计算了腐蚀速率及缓蚀率, 分析了腐蚀产物膜的表面特征, 分析了试验产出水的离子含量变化。结果表明, J55油管钢的腐蚀速率随温度升高而不断增大, 咪唑啉类缓蚀剂对CO2腐蚀缓蚀率高, 且改性咪唑啉的缓蚀效果明显更佳, 缓蚀剂作用下ΣFe含量比空白试验条件下小得多, 而HCO3-离子浓度比其在相同条件空白试验的稍低, 缓蚀剂对CO2溶解有一定抑制作用。

       

      Abstract: The corrosion behavior and the inhibition performance of two imidazoline inhibitors were investigated at various temperatures using a high pressure autoclave in simulated CO2 flooding environments. Corrosion rates and inhibition efficiencies of the samples were calculated, and the surface morphologies of corrosion product films were analyzed. The concentrations of ΣFe and HCO-3 in the produced water after the experiments were also analyzed. The results indicated that the corrosion rate of J55 steel increased with temperature, and the imidazoline inhibitors had good inhibition efficiency to CO2 corrosion, and the modified imidazoline inhibitor had superior performance. In addition, the concentration of ΣFe was lower than that for the blank sample, and the concentration of HCO3- slightly decreased in comparison with that under blank experimental condition.
