    一种噻二唑类缓蚀剂对模拟海水中2024铝合金的缓蚀作用

    Corrosion Inhibition of Thiadiazole Inhibitor in Simulated Seawater on 2024 Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用电化学方法研究了一种绿色缓蚀剂(2-巯基-5-邻取代苯基-1,3,4噻二唑)对2024铝合金的缓蚀作用。并采用量子化学半经验算法对该缓蚀剂进行了几何全优化。结果表明,该缓蚀剂能有效抑制铝合金点蚀,缓蚀效率达92%,是混合型缓蚀剂; 该缓蚀剂是以活性中心优先吸附的方式与铝合金作用。

       

      Abstract: The corrosion inhibition of an environment-friendly inhibitor (2-thiol-5-o-tolyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole) on 2024 aluminum alloy was studied by electrochemical method. The structure and orbital energy of the thiadiazole molecule was evaluated by quantum chemical semi-empirical method.The results show that the inhibitor can effectively decrease the rate of corrosion. The inhibition efficiency of the thiadiazole is up to 92% and the thiadiazole is a mixed type inhibitor. The inhibition mechanism is that the inhibitor reacts with aluminum alloy by adsorbing on the active centers.
