摘要: 用失重法研究了在1.0~8.0 mol/L盐酸溶液中非离子表面活性剂吐温40在冷轧钢表面的吸附及缓蚀作用.研究表明,虽然吐温40对冷轧钢的缓蚀随盐酸浓度和温度的增加有所下降,但吐温40是冷轧钢在1.0 mol/L盐酸溶液中的良好缓蚀剂,且用量较小,最大缓蚀率可达92.47%.通过吸附理论和试验数据得到了吸附热力学参数.结果表明,吐温40在钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型,且吸附过程为放热伴随熵减少的自发过程.Abstract: The adsorption and inhibition effect of Tween40 on cold rolled steel (CRS) in 1.0~8.0 mol/L hydrochloric acid has been studied by weight loss method.The results showed that Tween40 was a good inhibitor in 1.0 mol/L HCl,and the maximum inhibition efficiency was 92.47% even when the inhibitor concentration was low.Inhibition efficiency decreased with the increase of hydrochloric acid concentration and temperature.The experimental data have been treated with adsorption theory,the thermodynamic parameters have been obtained.The thermodynamic results showed that the adsorption of Tween40 on the cold rolled steel surface obeyed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation.Furthermore,the adsorption process was a spontaneous and exothermic process accompanied by a decreasing entropy.
