一种新型高温酸化缓蚀剂的制备及性能
Preparation and Properties of a New High-Temperature Acidified Corrosion Inhibitor

摘要: 为提高酸化缓蚀剂的耐高温性能,满足高温条件下的施工要求,以乙二胺、甲醛、苯乙酮、氯化苄为反应单体,合成得到双曼尼希碱季铵盐,然后以合成的双曼尼希碱季铵盐为主剂,加入丙炔醇衍生物、氧化锑等增效剂,经失重法优选,复配得到一种新型高温酸化缓蚀剂SJ-1。在高温高压条件下测试其缓蚀性能。结果表明:缓蚀剂SJ-1在160 ℃下,加量仅为2%(质量分数)时,就能达到较好的缓蚀效果,N80钢片在20%(质量分数) HCl和土酸中的腐蚀速率分别为30.84,28.33 g/(m2·h),均远小于SY/T 5405-2019标准中的一级指标;高温酸化缓蚀剂SJ-1能够在N80钢片表面形成致密的疏水膜,有效抑制阳极腐蚀过程。Abstract: In order to improve the high temperature resistance of acidified corrosion inhibitor and meet the requirements of high temperature construction, a new type of high-temperature acidified corrosion inhibitor SJ-1 was obtained by using bis-Mannich base quaternary ammonium salts as the main agent, which were synthesized by adopting ethylenediamine, formaldehyde, acetophenone and benzyl chloride as reaction monomers, adding synergists such as propynyl alcohol derivative and antimony oxide, and optimizing by weight loss method. The corrosion inhibition performance of the inhibitor was tested at high temperature and high pressure. The results show that the inhibitor SJ-1 could achieve good corrosion inhibition effect when the dosage was only 2% (mass fraction) at 160 ℃. The corrosion rates of N80 steel sheet in 20% (mass fraction) HCl and soil acid were 30.84 and 28.33 g/(m2·h), respectively, which were far less than the primary level indexes in SY/T 5405-2019 standard. High-temperature acidified corrosion inhibitor SJ-1 could form a layer of dense hydrophobic film on the surface of N80 steel sheet to effectively inhibit the anodic corrosion process.
