    Manufacturing Method and Corrosion Resistance Test of a Kind of Enamel Composite Pipe

    • In the field of pipeline anticorrosion,enamel coating and other inorganic coatings have better corrosion resistance,heat and cold resistance and aging resistance than organic coatings.But the enamel glaze has a high softening point and the requirement of the molding conditions is high,so the difficulty of processing the enamel composite pipe increases.There are many problems like uneven coating,machining length restriction in the enameling process.To solve these problems,a high degree of automation equipment used in enameling process was developed,the enameling process was improved and a method for manufacturing enamel composite pipe was developing based on the traditional enameling process.The results of the corrosion resistance testing of the enamel composite pipe showed that the enamel composite pipe produced by this method had good oil and gas medium usability and corrosion resistance.
