    Differences Between Environment Spectrums of 2A12 and 30CrMnSiA in the Same Ocean Atmospheric Environment

    • Accelerated testing of natural environment is an important method for the assessment of aircraft structure calendar life.The accelerated environmental spectrum is the key to carry out the accelerated test.The current navy aircraft accelerated environmental spectrums mainly include those of metals,coatings and composite materials,but metal species are not further subdivided.As there are differences of different metal corrosion mechanisms,environmental spectrum should be prepared respectively on a trial basis.2A12 and 30CrMnSiA were selected as the research object.According to the differences of corrosion mechanisms,different testing module parameters and equivalents were determined.And the equivalents of spectrums were verified by testing.
