    Gas Pipeline Corrosion in Blast Furnace Dry Dusting

    • Based on the composition of the wash water taken from Baosteel No.1 blast furnace gas pipeline,different simulation solutions were prepared.The corrosion behavior of Q345 carbon steel placed in simulation solutions were studied in simulated environment of blast furnace gas pipeline by laboratory simulation experiment,laboratory accelerated experiment and weight-lost method.The factors affecting corrosion rate of Q345 carbon steel including the concentration of Cl-,pH value,temperature and some other conditions were analyzed.Corrosion products were characterized and analyzed using infrared spectroscopy (IR) and XRD.
