Soil Corrosion Evaluation of Yaha Loading South Station

    • Soil corrosion is an important factor to the Yaha loading station tank floor corrosion, there are many factors affectting soil corrosion.Once tank floor suffers corrosion perforation, huge economic losses will happen which can cause serious environmental pollution, and even cause serious consequences such as fire.In the single factor analysis method, not all influencing factors can be considered.Using principle component analysis (PCA) to evaluate soil corrosion grade,to remove the duplicate data and error measurement data and to find the key factors in the influence factors,The evaluation of soil corrosion level can be effective.By testing the physical and chemical properties of soil samples of Yaha loading station, using SPSS software for principal component analysis of Yaha loading station, the final calculation results were compared with the measured results,PCA for evaluation of soil corrosion was effective.
