Influence and Countermeasures of Inferior Crude Oil on the Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit

Atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Yumen refinery was employed as an example to introduce the influence of inferior crude oil on the unit and quality of products, and the corresponding solution was proposed. The results showed that after adopting process corrosion prevention and upgrading the materials of the facilities, the corrosion rate of the important parts of the device was smoothly controlled.
