Abstract
In order to study the equivalent relationship of exfoliation corrosion damage of aluminum alloy in EXCO solution and in coastal atmospheric environment, the corrosion characteristics of 2A12-T4 aluminum alloy in EXCO solution were studied on the basis of the existing Wanning atmospheric corrosion researches. The change law of the solution pH value in corrosion process and the minimum residual thickness of the test plates after corrosion for different times were studied. On the basis of this, the corrosion mechanism of 2A12-T4 aluminum alloy in EXCO solution was discussed, and the equivalent relation model of exfoliation corrosion damage in EXCO solution and in Wanning atmospheric environment was established. Based on the equivalent principle of minimum residual thickness, the equivalent model parameters were obtained respectively, and the error of the model was less than 0.92%.
