    Preparation and Anti-corrosion Behaviour of Hybrid Silane Coating on Surface of Mild Steel

    • BTSPA, BTSE, γ-APS composite silylanization films were prepared on the surface of carbon steel. Electrochemical methods and infrared spectroscopy were used to study the effect of hydrolysis time and curing temperature on the corrosion resistance of the composite silylanization films. The results showed that anti-permeability of the hybrid silane coating was excellent while the curing temperature was 90 ℃ and the hydrolysis time was 9 h.
