    Inhibition Efficiency of Inhibitor HYH-9 under Condition Simulating Lishui Submarine Pipeline Operating Mode

    • Electrochemical test,simulated corrosion test and volatility test were used to investigate the inhibition efficiency of inhibitor HYH-9 in the simulated submarine pipeline field condition of Lishui 36-1 gas field. The results show that the main ingredients of inhibitor HYH-9 appropriate for CO2 and H2S corrosion are diethylene triamine and its derivatives. Inhibitor HYH-9 is soluble well in water, and the proportion dissolved in oil is very low. The inhibitor can restrain the cathodic and anodic processes in the corrosion reactions of X65 steel, but the inhibitor is partial to anodic reaction. The inhibitor has a good inhibition on both bottom corrosion and top line corrosion of the submarine pipeline.
