    Corrosion Monitoring Management System for Refinery Equipment

    • In order to improve the corrosion monitoring management level and evaluate effectively the corrosion of refinery equipment, a complete corrosion monitoring management system for refinery equipment was constructed. The selection strategy of monitoring points was introduced first, and then the corrosion monitoring schemes were worked out for different monitoring points according to their corrosion mechanism in technological processes. Then the corrosion database was established to save the corrosion data monitored, and the corrosion data management system was designed and implemented. Finally artificial neural network, grey theory, markov theory and other methods were used to construct the corrosion evaluation and prediction system to provide decision support to the adoption of anti-corrosion strategy and the adjustment of process parameters.
