Multi-metal Coupling Corrosion Model

Electrode reaction process of metal electrode in a multi-metal coupling sysetm was studied, and the effecting law of electrode reaction current on polarization ratio was analyzed. Multi-metal coupling corrosion model was established based on the mixed potential theory after proposing some assumption about the reaction. The forecast results by multi-metal coupling corrosion model to corrosion tendency showed a good agreement with the experimental results.
