    Key Points in Corrosion Control Engineering Design for Pipeline in Casing Crossing Section

    • Corrosion in casing crossing section of buried steel pipe is more serious than in other parts. The influence of steel casing on the cathodic protection system and its causes are discussed. And the limitation for the method of installing sacrificial anode cathode in casing, which is widely used, is analyzed. The feasibility of cancelling casing and the key points in corrosion control engineering design for pipeline in casing crossing section are discussed as well.
