    Graphenenanopieces (Gnps) Composite Coating Preparation and Its Anti-corrosion Performance

    • Using polyetherimide (PEI) as filmogen,graphene nano pieces (Gnps) composite coating was prepared. The physical properties, surface morphology and Gnps distribution in the Gnps composite coating were investigated using contact angle measurement instrument, optical camera, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectrum. Corrosion resistance of the Gnps composite coating on Q235B steel in 3.5% NaCl solution was investigated using electrochemical technology and immersion test. The results showed that, by adjusting the concentration of Gnps in the anti-corrosion coatings, the coating corrosion resistance was improved. The anti-corrosion coating with the Gnps concentration of 1% showed the best anticorrosion performance.
