    Mutual Influence between Cathodic Protection Systems of Pipelines at Linyi Station

    • There are some pipelines at Linyi oil/gas station, and each of pipelines has own cathodic protection system respectively. The case of mutual influence between cathodic protection systems was investigated through field test. The results indicate that the cathodic protection system of Luning line had some influence on the cathodic protection system of Linpu line. The historical data research shows that these two pipelines were connected by a jumper wire, but the connected location was uncertain. The location of jumper wire was found by means of field bonding test, pipeline current mapper (PCM) test and cathodic protection potential test.
