Abstract
Antistatic coatings based on raw lacquer and different fillers like graphene, carbon and graphite were prepared and characterized by SEM and TGA, and the effect of conductive fillers on conductivity and mechanical properties of the coating were investigated. The results suggested that the addition of 0.6% graphene, 15% carbon and 15% graphite could meet the requirement of antistatic coatings. The mechanical property test revealed that the properties of zerograde adhesion, 1 mm flexility and 50 cm impact resistance of graghene coating superior to those of the carbon coating, graphite coating and primitive coating. The investigation also showed that the graghene coating showed remarkable performance of corrosion-resistance and heat-resistance.
