    Effect Evaluation of Solid State Decoupler Used for Mitigotion of AC Interference

    • "Solid state decoupler + copper grounding", as a common AC mitigation measurement, is often used in underground pipelines which are coated with three layer polyethylene coating and affected by grounding of adjacent high voltage AC transmission lines. A comprehensive solid state decoupler evaluation is introduced by means of the field parameter test of AC mitigation performance, cathodic protection and DC leakage. The risk of excessive design and copper grounding prone to galvanic corrosion is also pointed.
