    Research Progress of Anti-Corrosion Mechanism and Performance Evaluation of Corrosion Inhibitor for Steel Bar

    • The main factor causing the failure of reinforced concrete structures in advance is the corrosion of steel bar. Using corrosion inhibitor is one of the main methods to prevent corrosion. The mechanism of chloride induced corrosion in marine environment and the effect mechanism of inhibitors are mainly introduced. And the evaluation methods of inhibiting performance and application situation of corrosion inhibitor are discussed. It is pointed out that synthesis of highly efficient and environment friendly mixed inhibitors is the main research directions in the future, which is of great significance to enhance the durability of reinforced concrete structures in our country.
