Abstract
The effects of injected oxygen content on the corrosion behavior of P110 steel at 90℃ were studied through corrosion evaluation tests in a simulated gas injection well corrosive environment of high temperature and high dissolved oxygen content, combined with corrosion morphology observation, corrosion product analysis and corrosion rates measured by weight loss method. The results show that P110 steel exhibited serious corrosion scaling under simulated conditions of different injected oxygen content. The corrosion products were mainly iron oxide and CaCO3, localized corrosion was the main corrosion form. The corrosion process of P110 steel was controlled by dissolved oxygen diffusion rate of cathodic reaction. The corrosion rate of P110 steel fluctuated to a certain extent, but was relatively high because the ultimate diffusion current density of oxygen was different at different injected oxygen content.
