A Data Collection Method of Environmental Factors for Drawing an Atmospheric Corrosion Map

Abstract
A data collection method of environmental factors for drawing an atmospheric corrosion map was proposed to reduce the workload of data collection and improve the accuracy of atmospheric corrosion map. This method gathered environmental factor data from open websites such as the China Weather Network and the National Urban Air Quality Real-time Distribution Platform, overcoming the problem of limited access to data. And then the optimal time-point combination for gathering environmental factor data was achieved through matrix optimization method. The results show that the optimal time-point combination for gathering environmental factor data was 3, 9, 10, 13, 16, 19, 23 o'clock, which guaranteed a high accuracy with the relative error reduced to about 2.33% and the workload was only 1/3 of the original.
