Abstract
The effect laws of NaCl content and sand particle size on the erosion corrosion of N80 steel in sandy and liquid-solid two-phase flow solutions were studied by a rotating cylindrical electrode scouring apparatus and an electrochemical workstation combined with weight loss method and electrochemical test method. The results showed that Cl- played a crucial role in the erosion corrosion process of N80 steel, in the absence of NaCl, the corrosion loss of the sample was very small; when the NaCl mass fraction was 3.5%, the corrosion rate of the sample was the largest. The critical particle size of N80 steel for scouring corrosion was 0.125-0.21 mm.
