Abstract
The effects of six factors on the CO2 corrosion behavior of 20G steel were investigated by orthogonal test. The corrosion product films were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that temperature was the biggest influence factor, followed by chloride ion concentration in the CO2 corrosion process of 20G steel. The corrosion products of the 20G steel corroded in CO2 environment were mainly composed of FeCO3, and its morphology had certain influence on corrosion rate.
