    Repair Technology of Anti-Corrosion and Thermal Insulation Coating for Buried Thermal Insulation Pipeline

    • Damage and bonding failure of anti-corrosion and thermal insulation coating, and damage of waterproof cap are the main problems of anti-corrosion and thermal insulation coating for buried thermal insulation pipeline. Fiber-reinforced anti-corrosion repair materials were screened through laboratory tests. A repair structure of "viscoelastic tape (fiber reinforced type) + polyurethane foam (on-site foaming or insulation tile) + outer protective layer (pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or electro welding sleeve)" was designed and used in field. The results show that the repair structure exhibited good effect.
