Abstract
Electrochemical methods, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation, copper sulfate spotting experiments were carried out to study the effects of hydroxylamine sulfate, sodium chlorate and sodium nitrite on the corrosion resistance of phosphating film on the surface of carbon steel. The results show that the three accelerators could improve the corrosion resistance of the phosphate film, and the improvement effect of the three accelerators on the corrosion resistance of the phosphating film from strong to weak was hydroxyl amine sulfate > sodium chlorate > sodium nitrite.
