Abstract
The produced water of oil well in west China was simulated by aqueous solution containing sodium bicarbonate, acetic acid and saturated carbon dioxide.By means of corrosion immersion testing, electrochemical testing, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD),the corrosion behavior of L245 steel in the simulated produced water with different acetic acid concentrations were studied. The results show that at 50℃,the addition of acetic acid promoted the cathodic reaction of corrosion. When the concentration of acetic acid increased to a certain extent, the corrosion product film dissolved on the surface of the sample to form acetic acid salt soluble in water.
