Abstract
Through underground MIT test, the corrosion profile of the wellbore in Wenchang oilfield was studied. A simulation experiment was carried out using a high temperature and high pressure autoclave to study the corrosion law of the wellbore. The results show that the corrosion of the wellbore in the upper position and lower part was more serious. With the increase of temperature, the corrosion rate of the 1Cr sample increased first and then decreased, and the corrosion was the most serious at 75 ℃. The greater the flow rate of the corrosive medium, the greater the corrosion rate of the sample. As the partial pressure of carbon dioxide increased, the corrosion rate of the sample increased, the corrosion changed from general corrosion to localized corrosion, the corrosion pit became larger and deeper, and black corrosion products adhered. When galvanic corrosion occurred in the 1Cr and 13Cr samples, significant localized corrosion occurred on the surface of the 1Cr sample, and the corrosion rate was higher than that of the 13Cr sample.
