Corrosion Behavior of B10 Cu-Ni Alloy in Seawater under Multi-Field Coupling Condition

Abstract
The seawater corrosion law of B10 Cu-Ni alloy under multi-field coupling conditions at different flow rates, sediment concentrations and surface fluid force fields was studied by immersion test, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and corrosion product composition analysis. The results show that the surface corrosion product film of B10 in seawater was mainly Cu2O. After seawater immersion, the surface of B10 could form a stable and dense passive film, which could protect the substrate under low flow rate conditions.
