Abstract
An amine-based phosphate inhibitor was modified by tall oil acid, isophorone diamine and phosphorus pentoxide. The corrosion inhibition effect of the corrosion inhibitor on A106 steel in H2S/CO2 environment was evaluated by dynamic hanging method, electrochemical method and corrosion morphology analysis. The results show that the corrosion inhibitor was an anodic corrosion inhibitor. As the concentration of corrosion inhibitor increased, the corrosion inhibition rate to A106 steel increased. When the corrosion inhibitor concentration was 200 mg/L, the corrosion inhibition rate reached 97.07%. The adsorption of the corrosion inhibitor on the surface of carbon steel obeyed Langmuir isotherm adsorption model.
