Anti-Corrosion Property of Polyurethane Lined Pipes

Abstract
In view of the serious corrosion in coal mine pipelines, the corrosion wear rate of the pipeline was numerically simulated under high and low coal slurry water concentration conditions, and the wear resistance of ordinary steel pipe, high manganese steel pipe and polyurea inner pipe was compared. The results show that with the increase of material concentration, the wear rate of the pipe increased, and the internal wear of ordinary steel pipe and high manganese steel pipe was 2.32 times and 1.49 times that of polyurea-lined steel pipe, respectively. The internal wear of the steel pipe with lining polyurea was the smallest, and the polyurea material lining pipe was beneficial to enhance the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the pipe.
