Design and Implementation of Automatic Spraying Equipment for Pipeline Rehabilitation in Operation

In order to solve the problems of low efficiency, high risk and low mechanization exposed in the overhaul of the pipeline in service,mechanics and control theory were used,combining with the on-site construction environment, a set of automatic spraying equipment was designed and a series of equipment operation tests were carried out. The results show that the designed automatic spraying equipment could safely and efficiently carry out mechanized anti-corrosion overhaul operations under the normal operation condition of oil and gas pipelines.
