Abstract
2024-T3 aluminum alloy was treated with Alodine 1200S. The effects of raw materials, pre-treatment process, Alodine 1200S treatment time, content, pH and post-treatment on the salt spray corrosion resistance of 2024-T3 aluminum alloy were studied by salt spray test. The results show that in the pre-treatment stage of Alodine 1200S treatment process the effect of alkali cleaning should ensure the continuity of water film on the surface of Al alloy, and the deoxidization time should be 1-3 min. The optimal control range of Alodine 1200S content was 11.3-12.5 g/L, and the optimal pH range was 1.6-1.8. The spray device should not be used for water cleaning after Alodine 1200S treatment, at the same time, compressed air should not be used during drying to avoid damage to the Aoldine 1200S membrane.
