Abstract
A 2,3-N-dodecyl-dimethylamide pyridine derivative with multiple active adsorption centers was produced by acylation reaction of 2,3-pyridine dicarboxylic acid as the main body with dodecyl amine. And a corrosion inhibitor of diamide pyridine quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized by further quaternization reaction of the derivative to increase its water solubility. The corrosion inhibition of the corrosion inhibitor to L245NCS steel in simulated oil field water saturated with carbon dioxide was evaluated by dynamic immersion test at high temperature and pressure and electrochemical test. The results show that the corrosion inhibitor was a mixed type. When the dosage of corrosion inhibitor was 50 mg/L, the inhibition efficiency reached over 95%. The corrosion inhibitor also had a good inhibition effect on pitting corrosion.
