Design of Quality Sampling and Inspection Program for Casing in Oil and Gas Field

Through the analysis of casing failure cases, it was clear that the main cause of casing failure was casing quality problems. Inspection items, inspection methods and result treatment scheme were given in combination with standards and product technical requirements. Meanwhile, based on the actual situation of field sampling, a statistical sampling method was chosen to set up a quality sampling and inspection program for casing in oil and gas filed. This program could be applied to controlling the quality of casing and preventing the recurrence of production accidents caused by product quality problems.
