Discussion on Environmental and Safety Factors of Vapor Rustproof Technology and its Application Prospect

The characteristics of volatile corrosion inhibitor's volatilization and diffusion and the property of vapor phase rustproof technology are analyzed in this review. The environmental and safety problems in using the vapor phase rustproof technology are discussed. The new use of volatile corrosion inhibitor for the protection of the eletronic components in the wind power carbine and for the “chamber treatment” during manufacture is introduced. Some development tendencies of the applied technology of the volatile corrosion inhibition materials are presented.
