Research Progress on Breakaway Oxidation of Zircaloy Cladding under LOCA Conditions
Breakaway oxidation is one of the causes for the embrittlement of zircaloy cladding. The oxide film characteristics, mechanism, influencing factors and current existing issues for breakaway oxidation of zircaloys are introduced in order to provide references for the study of breakaway oxidation.
