Abstract
The corrosion products in the sewage pipeline of Chunfeng Oilfield were sampled, and then analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy disppersive spectroscopy (EDS), in order to understand the corrosion causes of pipeline. The effects of temperature and oxygen content on pipeline corrosion was studied by immersion corrosion test. The optimal corrosion inhibitor and its optimal dosage were selected by electrochemical test combined with immersion corrosion test. The results show that the higher the temperature and oxygen content were, the more serious the corrosion was. Considering the economic cost and corrosion inhibition effect, SOR-2 was finally chosen as the optimal corrosion inhibitor, its best dosage was 100 mg/L, and its inhibition efficiency could reach more than 90%.
