Interference Degree and Protective Measures of AC Stray Current of Offshore Wind Power Project on Submarine Pipeline

    • Through numerical simulation technology, the interference degree and influencing factors of AC stray current of submarine cables and onshore converter stations on submarine pipelines were studied. And according to the pipeline operation condition and interference degree, the optimized solutions were proposed. The results show that current imbalance degrees were 1.39%, 2% and 4% under steady-state operating condition of submarine cable, the AC interference voltage and current density of the submarine and land pipelines met the evaluation index requirements, and there was no need to mitigation design; 100 m, 100 m and 150 m zinc tapes were laid on the landing sections of line C, line B and line A respectively, which made the contact voltage of pipeline lower than the personal safety voltage limit of 779 V.
