    Synergistic Sealing Effect of Trivalent Chromium and Zirconium Salt on Anodic Aluminum Film

    • A new nickel-free room temperature sealing agent based on potassium fluorozirconate and basic chromium sulfate was developed. The influence of amounts of K2ZrF6, Cr(OH)SO4, additive M, additive N and sealing time on the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy anodic oxide film was studied. The results show that the synergistic sealing of the aluminum anodic oxide film by trivalent chromium and zirconium salt improved the corrosion resistance of the anodic oxide film, and compared with traditional boiling water and nickel salt sealing treatment, the anodic oxide film sealed by this method had relatively good corrosion resistance.
