Abstract
Corrosion wear tests of different matching materials of aircraft landing gear were carried out on the oscillating bearing friction and wear test bench using self-made fixture. The corrosion wear behavior of several different matching materials in simulated seawater environment was studied. The corrosion wear resistance of the matching materials was analyzed by wear scar depth, wear scar morphology and corrosion wear morphology. The results show that the combination of hard chrome plated 30CrMnSiNi2A steel and passivated 15-5PH stainless steel had the smallest change of overall matching clearance and the smallest wear amount of the test piece. The corrosion of the bushing and the block was slight.
