Abstract
For oil wells with bacterial corroosion, the compatibility of anti-corrosion bacteria and chemical agents commonly used in oil fields, and the synergistic effect of anti-corrosion bacteria and corrosion inhibitors were analyzed. The results show that adding anti-corrosion bacteria did not affect the use effect of chemical agents. Compared with adding corrosion inhibitor or anti-corrosion bacteria alone, adding anti-corrosion bacteria and KD-32C corrosion inhibitor at the same time could effectively control the growth of sulgate-reducing bacteria (SRB), remove most of the sulfide, and further reduce the corrosion rate. Application of composite anti-corrosion technology in W2-53 oil well, sulfide and corrosion rate were effectively controlled.
