    Stress Corrosion Cracking Performance of S13Cr110 Martensitic Stainless Steel Tubing in High Temperature and High Pressure Weigh4 Completion Fluid

    • C-ring test was used to study the stress corrosion cracking (SCC) performance of S13Cr110 martensitic stainless steel tubing in high temperature and high pressure Weigh4 completion fluids. The results showed that S13Cr110 tubing had a certain risk of SCC in the high pH Weigh4 completion fluid, and the presence of a small amount of mud would enhance stress corrosion sensitivity of S13Cr110 tubing. In the Weigh4 completion fluid containing O2 and a small amount of mud, S13CR110 tubing suffered stress corrosion cracking.
