Influence of Sealing Effect of Zirconium and Lithium Salt on Anodic Oxidation Film of Aluminum Alloy

    • Through electrochemical test, phosphochromic acid test of nitric acid preimpregnation and friction and wear test, the influence of different content of K2ZrF6, CH3COOLi and additive A of zirconium and lithium salt sealing solution on the sealing effect of aluminum alloy anodic oxide film was studied. And the sealing effects of several commonly used sealing solutions were compared. The results showed that zirconium and lithium salt sealing was better than boiling water sealing and nickel salt sealing. The sealing effect of tap water was slightly worse than that of pure water, but the mass loss of samples all met the standard requirements. The best sealing process parameters were sealing solution composed of 20 g/L K2ZrF6+7 g/L CH3COOLi+2 g/L additive A, sealing time of 12 min.
