Reliability Evaluation of Corroded Aircraft Structures Based on Transfer Function Model

Abstract
Taking the typical structural corrosion of a certain type of aircraft as the research object, based on the statistical analysis of actual maintenance data, a transfer function model was established to reveal the dynamic correspondence between corrosion depth and corrosion development time, to predict the remaining life of the corroded structure, and to perform reliability evaluation. The analysis of the example showed that the prediction results of the corrosion state of the aircraft frame structure based on the transfer function model was basically consistent with the actual situation, providing scientific support for the protection and maintenance decision of aircraft structure corrosion. It is of practical value to optimize the corrosion maintenance strategy, ensure the safety of aircraft structure and reduce the economic loss caused by corrosion.
