Abstract
According to the adsorption mechanism of corrosion inhibitor and the source of total iron in oilfield pipelines, the relationship between the amount of corrosion inhibitor and the total iron concentration in the medium was used to study the relationship between the amount of different corrosion inhibitors and the inhibition rate of total iron addition value. In combination with standard requirements, the optimal injection rates of corrosion inhibitors for Well T-101 and Well T-202 were determined to be 60 mg/L and 30 mg/L, respectively. In this way, under-and over-filling of corrosion inhibitors were avoided, and precise protection was achieved.
