    Evaluation of the Interfererce of Stray Current of HVDC Grounding Electrode on a Newly-Built Crude Oil Pipeline and Its Protection Methods

    • The vigorous development of infrastructure has caused buried steel pipelines to suffer from increasingly serious AC and DC interference, and the cathodic protection system of newly built pipeline may not be put into operation due to external interference. The interference sources around the newly built crude oil pipeline were investigated and the interference was simulated and calculated, and the mitigation measures were optimized and designed for the potential interference of the pipeline.
