    Corrosion Protection of Subsea Tunnel Drainage System

    • Based on the corrosion examples of domestic undersea tunnel engineering, the main reasons and protective measures for seawater corrosion of drainage system equipment are analyzed and discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of several common types of drainage pipe materials are compared, and some key points and suggestions for corrosion protection of the drainage system of submarine tunnels are put forward. Corrosion protection for the drainage system of submarine tunnels not only increases the service life of the tunnel, but also has a positive effect on controlling investment costs and facilitating operation and maintenance management. Appropriate drainage pipe materials can be selected according to the water quality of groundwater in different locations of submarine tunnels.
