Development and Application of Throwing-in and Pulling Wellbore Probe Corrosion Monitoring Technology for Oil and Gas Field

  • At present, it is not possible to monitor the corrosion process in downhole of oil and gas fields in real time. In view of this situation, using the principle of inductive corrosion monitoring, an oil and gas field wellbore probe corrosion monitoring system was developed and researched. The results showed that the relative error between the results obtained by probe system and by coupons was only 8.32%, indicating that the monitoring data was stable and reliable. The temperature resistance of the system could reach 140℃ and the pressure resistance could reach 60 MPa, which could fully meet the real-time monitoring of the corrosion process in the downhole high temperature and high pressure environment.
