    Evaluation Method and Influencing Factors of Adhesion of Fusion-Bonded Epoxy Coating on the Surface of Steel Pipe Substrate

    • The preparation process of fusion-bonded epoxy coating on steel pipes was introduced, and the evaluation method of the adhesion of fusion-bonded epoxy coating on carbon steel surface and various factors affecting the adhesion were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that the sintered epoxy powder material applied to the carbon steel substrate had excellent adhesion and anti-corrosion performance for the metal carbon steel substrate, which could be attributed to the structure of the sintered epoxy powder material itself.
